Cobb Welcomes Over One Thousand Students to Free Online Academy

Cobb-Vantress, LLC.: Cobb Europe has launched “Cobb Academy,” an online education platform that invites individuals to enroll in courses on various poultry-related topics taught by industry experts throughout the year.

Cobb’s newest initiative, Cobb Academy, provides a library of free resources and subject matter taught by technical experts and leaders in the poultry field. Students can enroll on demand and complete the courses at their own pace, earning certificates through module completion. New content will be added to the course library often, keeping industry topics new and relevant to the field. Each course topic will be made up of multiple modules, with a short assessment at the end to ensure the learning experience is being fully embraced.

Individuals from across the poultry industry, including Cobb employees, can join the academy for free beginning in April 2022. New topics will be released twice a year with the first course, being H.A.T.C.H.I.E.V.E.S.

H.A.T.C.H.I.E.V.E.S is a Hatchery Information Series, a management guide that covers all areas of the hatchery. Suitable for those already working in the hatchery environment looking to enhance their skills and knowledge, as well as individuals who are exploring a career in the poultry industry. A library of free resources and subject matter is included with the courses.

Cobb Academy reinforces the company’s commitment to poultry education and provides industry insights and expertise to people around the world.

“We are proud to be furthering the mission of Cobb Academy with an opportunity for online learning and growth in the poultry industry,” said Matthew Wilson, sales and technical director for Cobb Europe. “We believe in making our courses widely accessible online, showcasing Cobb’s unparalleled expertise as a leader in the industry, and supporting our customer and employee needs.”
